Divya Srivastava

Divya Srivastava is an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, and life coach. She has a decade of experience in the field of mental health across diverse settings. She is passionate about studying humanity closely and uncovering the driving forces of human experiences.

Divya received her Masters’ degree in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She holds a specialization in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an advocate for sensitivity, compassion, acceptance, and vulnerability. In her opinion, these four pillars truly facilitate the healing process, enabling individuals to navigate through their blocks while helping them to work through their difficulties by being kinder to themselves and their world.

She helps individuals have the freedom to fully explore the truth of their being; free of judgment so that they can uncover their emotional needs, blocks, and discover solutions to their issues. She adopts an integrative, eclectic, trauma-informed approach in her work with clients and maintains a queer-affirmative practice.

Divya is also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Breakthrough Coaching. She is an internationally certified Access Bars Facilitator, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Advanced Practitioner, and Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner. She was recently awarded by Brandon Bays as an Accredited Journey Practitioner.

Mukti Shah

Mukti is an experienced practising psychotherapist and coach. She has more than a decade of
experience in the field of counselling and therapy. She has worked with clients from various
backgrounds with differing needs. She is especially committed to supporting and working with
budding mental health professionals. She runs Peer Consultation Groups that provide safe space for
creating a reflective practice. She is a certified Professional Supervisor approved by the ACA
(Australian Counselling Association and a professional member of the IAPS (Indian Academy of
Professional Supervisors).

​Mukti adopts an eclectic, humanistic, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed approach to working
with clients. She believes that therapy is a safe, reflective space where you feel genuinely seen and
supported by an attuned other. This space then can be used to create access to our innate
resourcefulness paving the way towards health.

She has been trained in Cognitive approaches such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT),
Trauma-informed modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
(EMDR-pursuing) and Relational approaches such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT-Level 1) for
Couple’s Work. She has completed her bachelor’s in Psychology from the Fergusson College, Pune
and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pune.

She has worked extensively with leaders and executives and also offers services in assessment,
facilitation, and coaching. Mukti’s area of expertise lies in individual therapy, couples, and adoption
counselling.

Shaifila Ladhani

Shaifila Ladhani is an accomplished practising psychotherapist, based out of Delhi. She believes that mental health is psychosocial in nature and that working with individuals requires acknowledging their psychosocial contexts. Shaifila currently offers one-on-one sessions through the virtual medium. Alongside, she is working on building efficient models of therapeutic care, which takes into account the mental health needs and concerns that go beyond the space(s) of therapy. She finds joy in connecting with people who have the same mission as her; workshops like these provide the perfect platform.

She has completed her Master's in Psychosocial and Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University and has built a successful private practice over the past years. She has worked with several NGOs and organizations to create accessible mental health services and products; and has provided mental health support to individuals from varied backgrounds.

Shaifila is a feminist, queer affirmative, trauma-informed practitioner. She believes that each person should have equal opportunities in life despite their gender or background. Through her work, her goal is to provide a safe space for individuals. She promotes ideas that encourage inclusivity and freedom of expression for all.

Shaifila is also an experienced mentor with a demonstrated history of working in the civic & social organization industry. She is certified in the field of Criminal Justice and, Youth and Sexuality. She is also affiliated with the Indian Psychoanalytical Society. She also has various certifications from TISS, PESI, IGNOU, Oxford College for Art Therapists, and GCAS in Dublin to name a few.
